After placing order we will call you for conformation of your order and your given address.
You have to enter the correct address. If you have entered the wrong address, In conformation call you have to submit the correct and accurate address of yourself and after conformation you have to pay the eligible delivery charge.Otherwise your order will be cancelled.
Due to wastage of food no refund is avilable after order and completed cooking of the food.
In case the order is not avilable in stock and still you have done payment for it you will get refund within 1-3 days.
In case delivery is not avilable in your area but still you have paid already you will be eligible for refund within 3-5 working days.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 1 days. If 1 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
If you place any COD order then refused to take the parcel you are liable for this food wastage.We can claim and charge our total bill from you,Also we can take legal actions against you as it will be considered as the wastage of food.

All food items are perishable and non-returnable once prepared or dispatched.

Repeat offenders who cancel or refuse delivery may be blacklisted and legal action may be taken under IPC Section 420.

- Damaged packaging upon delivery.

Orders can only be canceled if they are still in the preparation stage. Once the order is prepared or dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

For payment-related concerns, contact your bank or payment gateway provider. Foodiko does not hold responsibility for failed transactions or technical issues during payment processing.

আপনাকে সঠিক ঠিকানা লিখতে হবে। যদি আপনি ভুল ঠিকানা লিখে থাকেন, তাহলে কনফার্মেশন কলে আপনাকে নিজের সঠিক এবং সঠিক ঠিকানা জমা দিতে হবে এবং কনফার্মেশনের পর আপনাকে উপযুক্ত ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিতে হবে। অন্যথায় আপনার অর্ডার বাতিল করা হবে।

১. নন-রিফান্ডেবল অর্ডার
ফুডিকো অ্যাপের মাধ্যমে করা সমস্ত অর্ডার চূড়ান্ত এবং নন-রিফান্ডেবল হিসাবে বিবেচিত হবে। আমরা নিচের ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া করি না:

অর্ডার শুধুমাত্র তখনই বাতিল করা যেতে পারে যখন তা এখনো প্রস্তুতির পর্যায়ে রয়েছে। একবার অর্ডার প্রস্তুত বা প্রেরণ করা হলে, তা বাতিল বা ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
৭. পেমেন্ট সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা
